Najah Wells
Najah Wells was first introduced to Care Staffing Professionals through UEI College during her externship. At the start and end of her administrative training, Najah was embraced and treated as ‘part of the family’ at Care Staffing Professionals. While completing her externship, she was introduced to the internal functions of the company as well as The Lampkin Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization named after Care Staffing Professionals’ founder. As Najah became more involved with varying aspects of company business, she showcased her strong writing and communication skills which highlighted her capability to reach new heights in her administrative career.
Najah’s potential was not overlooked while at Care Staffing Professionals as they made the collective decision to make her part of the team officially and hired her on as part of the clerical staff. As she demonstrated her growth in professionalism and other administrative skill sets, Care Staffing Professionals then moved Najah to part of the Leadership Team within the internal staffing team. She graduated from UEI College with a certificate of completion in Business Office Administration.
Najah has aspirations in the future to continue her education in Business Management and Marketing along with advancing her musical and artistic abilities.
