Jacob Way joined Care Staffing Professionals in an advisory role in August 2017. He introduces, plans, and executes new projects that improve the delivery and effectiveness of programs and policies. Jacob is the first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies arising from within the heads of various departments in Care Staffing Professionals before the problem escalates to unmanageable levels. Even though only seldomly participates directly in the activities that produce the end result, Jacob strives to maintain the progress, mutual interaction, and tasks of the Care Staffing Professionals’ Leadership Team in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure, maximizing benefits and minimizing costs.
As Care Staffing Professionals continues to develop in size and responsibility, Jacob acts as a client representative and has to determine and implement the exact needs of the client, based on knowledge of the organization they are representing. He endeavors to develop expertise in the needs of the client to efficiently handle all the aspects of the project.
