Oscar Hernandez joined Care Staffing Professionals’ Leadership Team in March 2020. Since joining the team, Oscar has worked steadily to develop new leadership qualities and build upon pre-existing qualities he learned as a student at San Joaquin Valley College. Now operating as an Intake Specialist, Oscar plays a pivotal role in screening applications for the most qualified healthcare professionals. He is also the initial point of contact for new and returning clients with the goal of being a familiar face and voice and building trustworthy relationships.
Oscar endeavors to assist Care Staffing Professionals with reaching its fullest potential and meet the demands of organizations and communities wanting quality healthcare professionals. Oscar received formal education in Business Administration from San Joaquin Valley College and hopes to continue his education in Business Administration. He hopes to use the experience and knowledge he gains at Care Staffing Professionals to one day open a public-servant-oriented business within his own community.
