D'Andre Lampkin is co-founder of Care Staffing Professionals and, in his role as Director of Finance, manages the financial risk of the corporation with specific emphasis on financial planning and record-keeping, as well as forecasting needs and procurement of new funding. He is a seasoned public servant with a strong community service background and experience in starting and leading program initiatives. Mr. Lampkin successfully founded and served as Executive Director of Breath Giving Portraits Project, a non-profit designed to bring awareness to children restricted by symptoms of pulmonary fibrosis in partnership with Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Mr. Lampkin also partnered with Children’s Hospital Los Angeles to create the Jimmy Richard Henry Award, in honor of the late Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff, Jimmie Richard Henry. The award is presented annually to the pulmonary fellow who demonstrates commitment to respiratory health and well-being through selfless acts. Mr. Lampkin is an Advanced Communicator with Toastmasters International, an active member of Alpha Phi Sigma – Criminal Justice Honor Society, and earned a Baccalaureate of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from National University.
Judy Gumabao, also a co-founder of Care Staffing Professionals, has over 30 years of experience in healthcare operations, marketing, and management. Prior to joining Care Staffing Professionals in 2016 as Vice President of Operations & Management, she served as a paralegal for the Law Offices of David Bloom Esq. and human resource specialist at Stat Nurses Registry, where she was responsible for hiring, training, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels within the company. Ms. Gumabao earned a Baccalaureate of Science in Business Management from Mt San Antonio College and later pursued paralegal studies at the University of La Vern.
Jacob Way is a former Sergeant with the United States Marine Corps. As a Marine, Jacob served as a Linguist with expertise in the Tagalog and Spanish languages. Following his service with the USMC, he is currently a Baccalaureate of Arts Candidate at Harvard University. Jacob is responsible for the strategic development and management of digital communications software, programs, and initiatives used to cater to the needs of Care Staffing Professionals clients.
